[YEG] Edmonton Comic Expo

For our first time going to a Comicbook Convention we can comfortably say that it was a pretty enjoyable experience. There were a lot of amazing cosplays, art and panels. it remind us of Animethon but at a larger scale. We also attended the Pokemon training panel and are already on the road to become Pokemon 

Masters! Haha

[YEG] Multicultural Opening for Karen Leibovici's Office

It was a exciting day for Karen Leibovici's campaign on Tuesday September 3rd. It was a difficult journey with the traffic caused by the amazing Tour of Alberta race but we can assure you it was worth the hour or more drive.

"Guests at the office opening reflected the diverse backgrounds that make up what Edmonton is today. It was an energetic event involving an Aboriginal Elder blessing, Chinese lion dancers, African drummers, and a Korean K-Pop dance group."

The Lion Dancers were incredible, showing a combination of power and grace as shown in a video below.



We'd like to thank the Edmonton Korean Canadian Association for inviting the Convergence dance crew to perform Psy's the ever so popular Gangnam Style once again. No videos are available at this time but there were a few people from the audience that remembered the team dancing at Heritage Days earlier this year.
